My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the surroundings were noisy, with people yelling and screaming outside and a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel's location was great for exploring the city, although the sight of a dirty plate left unattended for days was off-putting. The service was friendly and accommodating, although at times staff seemed more interested in entertaining each other than assisting guests. The dining options were limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions, but the overall value for money was decent considering the central location of the property.
